Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established builders merchant in Croydon. This is a full-time permanent role, the successful candidate will come from a builders merchant background and will ideally of worked within a Trade Counter, Internal Sales, New Business or Field Sales role previously.

This role involves:

• making outbound calls to construction businesses to bring on new business
• account managing customers
• responding to emails and inbound calls
• sending quotes
• helping customers on the trade counter
• providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
• keeping trade counter area stocked and organised
• processing orders

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• a minimum of 1 years sales experience within the construction industry
• confident with outbound and inbound calls
• brilliant customer service skills
• basic understanding of profits & margins
• computer literate
• fluent English speaking, reading & writing
• willing to learn new skills
