Silcom Recruitment are working aside one of our most established clients at their ground-breaking business based in Bournemouth, running with a premium brand, who are actively searching for an experienced Sales Executive to join their newly expanding team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Achieving monthly sales targets for vehicles sold, achieving the minimum profit targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, with a proven track record of successful sales work.
You must have great confidence and experience in customer communication. Interacting with people in a professional manner befitting of a top-end brand and looking the part.
A determined and enthusiastic individual will succeed in this role and thrive in this prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
Prior motor trade Sales Executive experience is preferred, however full training can be provided to facilitate trainees and service/sales people from different backgrounds.
Salary: £25,000 Basic, OTE £60,000+!!!
Plus a Company Car & other renowned company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm with a day off in the week
Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm | Sundays [1-in-3]: 10:00am - 4:00pm
