The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to connect with potential customers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our company's growth.You will be joining our team in Manchester along side sales executives like yourselves, allowing for a fantastic work environment with and excellent support system. This is a very proactive role, the more you put in the more you get out as our top earners make £100,000+.Responsibilities for our Sales Executive role in Manchester:* Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in the Manchester area, promoting services.* Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.* Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for successful sales approaches.* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.What we look for:* Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in the energy or related industry, is a plus but not essential.* Drive for sales is a must!* Proactive work ethic is a must!* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales deals.* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
