Venn Group are on the lookout for a talented Regional Sales Executive on behalf of our client, who's eager to expand their commercial team!

This fantastic opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to progress, grow, or embark on a sales career. We are seeking candidates who are not only skilled but also dedicated to upholding our client's values and meeting their revenue targets through their established sales methodology. As a Regional Sales Executive representing our client, you will take charge of your individual sales performance and be responsible for promoting our client's products and services.

This role covers a specific geographical region, encompassing all leased car parks in the area. Therefore, it involves regular travel and overnight stays. Additionally, candidates should be prepared for occasional weekend work during peak seasons and events.


• Selling a range of products to boost revenue

• Meeting individual sales targets and associated monthly KPIs.

• Collaborating with various departments to shape customer-centric sales propositions tailored to the market.

• Coordinating with Commercial Managers to increase season ticket revenue, both in B2C and B2B segments, and working closely with the Telesales team.

• Introducing and promoting new product sales in your designated territory.

• Grasping the strategic targets for each product in consultation with the Commercial Manager, and implementing a proactive plan to maximize revenue and volume for the business.

• Reporting and presenting successful outcomes to the business, with a focus on aligning the right product as directed by the Commercial Manager.

• Leveraging promotional marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, and banners to raise awareness of products, with the responsibility of highlighting the features and benefits of the clients offerings.


• Proven experience in end-to-end sales.

• Demonstrated commitment and self-motivation to work independently.

• Strong collaborative skills to foster effective teamwork.

• Confidence in nurturing new and existing business relationships with clients and customers.

• Proficiency in enhancing revenue and volume metrics across multiple sites through cross-functional collaboration.

• Sound financial and commercial acumen.

• Preferred skill: Understanding and experience in generating revenue across multiple sites.
