Our rapidly growing client needs a Telesales/Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in East Anglia.Job Description:In collaboration with our rapidly growing client, we are on the lookout for a Telesales/Internal Sales Executive to make a significant impact on their journey. As a leading distributor of industry-leading products in the East Anglia area, our client is driven by a vision of expansion and excellence. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving their success, focusing on generating new business sales and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. Your responsibilities will include making outbound B2B telephone calls, upselling additional products, and providing top-tier customer service. You will work closely with external account managers, manage essential administrative tasks, and actively contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound B2B telephone calls to generate new business sales and acquire new customers.Manage and maintain regular communications with existing customer accounts.Upsell additional products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with our client's external account managers to provide a seamless customer experience.Perform essential administration and reporting tasks.Work diligently to achieve and surpass sales targets.Qualifications and Attributes:Strong communicator with a professional attitude and the ability to overcome obstacles.Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.A keen attitude to succeed with a high level of enthusiasm to learn and grow within the job role.A team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative.We would love to hear from you if you are ready to be a part of this rapidly growing client's success story and have the drive to excel in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
