Adecco Worcester have an exciting opportunity to join our client's dynamic team in Pershore. Working for an employer of choice and a market leader in their field, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills by building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth throughout the UK, Europe and Globally therefore regular domestic and international travel will be required.

With a proven track record in B2B sales and generating new business within technical sales; this role requires a strategic thinker who will define and execute a clear strategy to achieve results. As someone who has excellent negotiation and presentation skills, you will proactively cultivate and develop new sales leads to drive strategic growth for the company, you will perform market analysis to identify new products, negotiate agreements and contracts and achieve monthly and annual business targets.

As an Innovative thinker you will undertake timely and accurate reporting, identify issues with constructive solutions and possess the ability to react and encompass change in a dynamic and fast paced environment. If you understand ISO9001:2015 and job relevant processes this would be highly beneficial.

Salary £40k - OTE £60k based on new business secured and paid monthly, driving license, valid passport, and no reasons to be rejected for foreign travel / visas.

Working hours will be 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday & 08:00-15:30 Friday with 30 minutes lunch per day.

Benefits to include:

• 5% pension
• Holiday - 20 days + Christmas period (3 or 4 days depending how Christmas falls) + bank holidays + 1 day extra for every year of service for a maximum of an additional 5 years. (At peak this would be 29 days + bank holidays depending where Christmas falls and after 5 years)
