A great Permanent opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Executive, to work on behalf of our client who are based within the Walsall area.
Our client is a market leading brand and very well established company who have been operating for over 40 years within the Industrial Services sector. The Internal Sales Executive opportunity has become available as a result of exception growth and will be joining their existing team.
As an Internal Sales Executive, the ideal applicant will need to have previous experience of handling customers’ needs within a fast paced inbound sales office environment, you will be confident in quickly establishing a rapport, identifying needs, providing quotations, and building on existing customer relationships.
Daily duties will include:
- Answering inbound customer enquiries either by phone, email or face to face.
- Providing tailored solutions/quotations to customer needs and logging detailed notes using CRM system.
- Negotiate prices for products, basic conversion work and transport sales with suppliers
- Locating suitable stock from our nationwide depots and suppliers if required and creating best fit delivery solutions.
- Follow up all live quotations to maximise sales
- Process all orders through CRM systems and following through from quote to delivery stage
- Account manage all customers to maintain relationships and secure future business
You must have experience of working in a reactive sales environment, working to targets and dealing with customer enquiries from start to finish. In addition, you will be a keen team player with the ability to prioritise and manage your daily tasks.
An attractive basic salary + uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses are offered in return! OTE will be circa £35,000 upwards
To work 40 hrs per week between the hours of 08:00-17:30 Monday - Friday.
