Sales Administrator / Purchasing Executive

Based in Hampton Hill

Salary Up to £27,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work within a friendly team based in Hampton Hill. This is an ideal role for an organised candidate who enjoys administration and possesses excellent communication skills.

Person Specification

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction whilst managing client expectation
  • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to communicate clearly both in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High levels of organisation

Key Responsibilities

  • To process invoices and compile reports as required
  • Raising & Handling customer issues caused by supple chain and ensuring a resolution from the suppliers
  • Contacting suppliers regarding vehicle conversions or third party fitments if required as part of the vehicle quote/order
  • Working with internal and external providers to ensure all aspects of the supply chain is effectively supported and managed
  • To provide training as required to new team members including ensuring that work instructions are kept up to date
  • To process all requests regarding vehicle availability, delivery progress, options pricing, demonstration requests, daily reports and general enquiries
  • To raise vehicle orders, ensure all relevant information is sent to the vehicle suppliers
  • To progress vehicles on order to ensure timely receipt to stock details and prompt delivery to the customer
  • To liaise with the account management department and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered to all parties’ satisfaction
  • Monitor supplier performance and report any issue, attending review meetings with vehicle suppliers as required.
