Location: Outskirts of East Grinstead

What's in it for you?

• £26,000 to £30,000 based on experience plus £10k OTE
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Hybrid working (3/2 split)

Position overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for advertising and sponsorship sales across multiple product lines, including print, digital, and face-to-face events. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client base, meeting, and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture existing client accounts
• Identify upsell opportunities within the current client base
• Proactively acquire and develop new business leads
• Optimise revenue generation from inbound sales prospects
• Share market intelligence and insights with the Sales Director
• Meet and surpass agreed-upon personal and team targets
• Continuously enhance sector-specific knowledge and awareness
• Attend industry trade events and exhibitions (business travel expenses covered by the company)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in fundamental sales techniques, including questioning, pitching, objection handling, negotiating, and closing
• Ability to craft effective sales emails and mailers

£26,000 to £30,000 based on experience plus £10k OTE
