What do the company do?

Our client were founded in 2008 and since have grown to become a well-establish national distributor of metering, monitoring and control products. Our client pride themselves on having developed strong relationships with top industry manufacturers to offer the best products at the most competitive prices!

What would my role be?

Based out of the Mansfield office, you will be learning all aspects of the business. As a Commercial Trainee your role will develop over a period of 12 months. During your first 3 months you will be immersed in an intensive training period and gain insight into various areas of the business. This will involve product, skills and industry sales training both in-house and with external training providers.

Once you have begun finding your feet, you will then be introduced to your sales targets. These will largely be focused on handling incoming inquiries from existing customers around pricing or product knowledge. After 6 months, you will be managing your own small portfolio of client and there will be opportunity to go out and meet them face to face.
