This client is a scale up Software business that helps commercial property owners, fund managers and anyone that manages commercial property, manage their assets. Their software platform helps automate reporting tasks, enhance customer experience and improve collaboration.
Due to promotion into a more senior role they are now looking to hire an SDR to the London based team.
As an SDR you will be generating qualified sales appointments for the BDM's. Engaging via phone, email and social media with an existing database of warm and cold leads to create sales Qualified Leads (SQL) as well as qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL).
Engaging with decision makers you will be educating potential clients about the benefits of the solution and discovering how this could help them reduce energy costs but also the added benefit that this value-add would have for their tenants. Setting up qualified appointments for the senior sales team, you will be generating new sales opportunities to shadow, as they go through the sales process.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in a fast growth and very topical sector that is on everyone's commercial agenda currently. You will likely have already had 6 to 24 months experience in an SDR or BDE role already and have been looking for an opportunity to break into the property tech, sustainability and renewable sector that gives you career moves into a BDM role in the next 2 years. You have an engaging personality and have strong communications skills both written and verbal.
