Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and develop relationships with them.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for our sales team.
  • Manage and update prospect information in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
