Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: Up to £25k + OTE of £35k

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and develop relationships with them.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for our sales team.
- Manage and update prospect information in our CRM system.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using a CRM system to manage leads and opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
