This is your opportunity to join a well-established and exciting organisation delivering a range of large-scale retail and event design and build projects for luxury clients internationally!THE COMPANYWith a global presence and international clients, this impressive design and build agency are recognised for delivering the highest quality work for their clients across a range of projects, including retail window and pop-up projects, exhibitions, and events.Due to continued growth, they are now on the lookout for a Production Manager to come on board to manage the delivery of their custom build projects from their Aylesbury based office with some flexibility to work from home.THE ROLEAs Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project.Key responsibilities will include:• Taking the initial client brief• End to end project management• Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build• Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders• Managing operating plans including project schedules and design elements• Adhering to health and safety regulations• Managing budgets and overseeing cost management• On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down• Delivering multiple projects simultaneouslyTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have experience of managing and delivering build projects from within an event agency or design & build company.
