HEAD OF PRODUCT

Head of Product / Principal Product Manager / Senior Product Manager needed by one of the UK’s most well-known retailers.

The Head of Product / Principal Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will have full ownership over the eCommerce platforms, covering native apps and web and will focus on ensuring the best online shopping experience for their customers.

Location: London (Hybrid)

The Head of Product / Principal Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will lead a team of 10 and have full ownership of a £4bn platform.

The Head of Product / Principal Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will:

* Take immediate ownership of the product backlog and prioritise it.
* Set the product vision and strategy across multiple eCommerce platforms.
* Roll out product trials and product launches.
* Own the current product portfolio roadmap, prioritising new ideas and iterating or retiring legacy products.
* Mentor the existing Product team.

The Head of Product / Principal Product Manager / Senior Product Manager must have:

* A data driven mindset.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* A customer-centric approach.
* Worked in an AGILE framework and understand what good product looks like.
* Experience coaching Product teams.

Any experience with highly transactional, retail or eCommerce platforms would be helpful but is not a prerequisite.
