The Role –

An amazing opportunity for an experienced product marketeer to join and spearhead an established team and ensure the continuous improvement of the company website, managing and prioritising the website backlog, and leading on the website/digital product strategy, roadmap and delivery.

Reporting into the Head of Digital and leading the Digital product offering, this opportunity will see you working closely with the IT, Marketing and Member services to teams to create an engaging website their customers love.

You will be responsible for the management and continued development of 1 direct report. This role will be based in their Stevenage HQ, and offers 2 days working from home.

Key requirements –

  • A strong background in Digital product ownerships/ Management, within a retail business
  • Experience in product backlog prioritisation
  • UX/UI experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Scrum/Agile Methodologies
  • Previous use of Jira or equivalent/similar
  • Strong Project management skills
  • People, resource, and agency management experience

With offices in Hertfordshire this position is commutable from Stevenage, Royston, Cambridge, Biggleswade, Harpenden, St Albans and Bishop's Stortford.
