We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with market-leading Brands in an exciting and growing category, as we strengthen our Manchester based marketing team. With responsibilities across the marketing mix and direct reports to manage, you will play a key role in the delivery of our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our hero Brand portfolio across licensed and own Brands, acting as internal Brand guardian across all touchpoints and leading the Brand’s growth agenda. You will be the key marketing point of contact for our priority Silentnight license.
- Lead the team to develop best in class marketing assets for online platforms, overseeing copy development, photography and video shoots, and striving for continuous improvement in both impact and efficiency.
- Own annual campaign planning and execution for hero Brands across the marketing mix, with a focus on PR, digital and shopper activations. You will be the key contact for our external PR agency.
- Oversee artwork approval across all categories, working with our Graphics team to brief, develop and approve roll-out of existing and new artwork concepts across our varied and expansive SKU range.
- Manage the Comfy marketing budget to effectively and efficiently deliver agreed Brand objectives, with a keen eye on commercial ROI of activity
- Guide direct reports to deliver their objectives, providing direction and on the job coaching.
- An experienced Brand manager who can demonstrate capability across the marketing mix, including PR, digital and e-commerce activations. Previous licensed experience an advantage.
- Commercial mindset, with experience in pitching to buyers and creating impactful shopper campaigns.
- Experience in developing impactful e-commerce marketing assets and working with online retailers to successfully execute marketing campaigns.
- Ability to generate compelling and engaging copy, in line with Brand guidelines.
- Strong eye for detail, expert in evaluating pack design and experienced in managing artwork and packaging plans.
