This role involves working closely with marketing, customer experience, PR, and commercial teams to transform insights into actionable strategies, driving improved business decision-making and marketing strategies across the entire product portfolio. As the manager, you will lead a team of four analysts with diverse skills, ranging from data scientists to customer insight and storytelling analysts.

  • Strategic Insight Development: Contribute significantly to the development of the Customer Data and Insight strategy, helping shape the future of the organization based on customer data and trends.

  • Actionable Intelligence: Lead your team in creating and executing a robust customer insight program, ensuring it provides rich and actionable market and customer intelligence. These insights will be the foundation for strategic decision-making across the business to enhance business performance, customer satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score.

  • Customer Segmentation: Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive cross-product customer segmentation and profiling approach. This approach will empower the business to cross-sell products and services, addressing the evolving needs of key customer groups.

  • Performance Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to develop CRM programs and campaigns that ensure successful automated customer communications. Utilize advanced techniques such as propensity modeling and clustering where relevant to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Assist the Customer Experience team in their roadmap for Service Cloud and broader Customer Experience initiatives. You'll help them understand the drivers of Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score, identifying opportunities for both short-term and long-term improvements.

  • Customer-Centric Marketing: Partner with the Performance and Brand Marketing teams to ensure that all marketing activities are founded on comprehensive customer insights, catering to specific audience needs and trends.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong connections and effective relationships across the organization to promote a customer insight-led approach to product and service development.

  • Educational Background: A degree qualification, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in an analytical role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated excellence in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar technical skills.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven experience with a broad range of statistical techniques, including segmentation, regression, and predictive modeling. Your ability to communicate complex analyses to both internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present, explain, and interpret data and analysis for non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: A keen understanding of the business landscape and how data insights can drive commercial success.
  • Storytelling Prowess: Strong storytelling skills to bring data to life, transforming it into insightful, thought-leading presentations.

Furthermore, you'll have an opportunity to participate in the Cycle to Work scheme.
