Senior Insight Analyst

A great opportunity for a mid-level Digital Analyst to join a thriving Travel Brand to make use of Adobe Analytics and SQL to provide valuable insights into the Web performance to enhance and influence growth.
Company:
The brand is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the digital travel industry. Over the past 12 months, their Digital Team has seen remarkable growth, and they are now expanding their analytics capabilities to better support their customer journey.
Role:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer journey optimisation.
- Work closely with the Trading team to analyse and optimize the financial aspects of their travel services.
- Become an integral part of the Digital Product Analytics team to conduct testing, personalisation, evaluation, generic analytics, and dashboard setup.
- Participate in setting up data layers and conducting A/B tests.
- Analyse and create dashboards using Adobe Analytics.
- Collaborate with various squads and clusters to analyse customer behaviour and performance metrics.
- Work with Adobe Target for testing and contribute to real-time data personalisation efforts.
- Blend real-time and static data using SQL from their commercial warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Previous experience in A/B testing and personalisation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience in the travel industry is a bonus but not required.
