Your new role
Working closely with the Head of Business Relationships you will take a hands-on approach to building and maintaining effective relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll be monitoring and evaluating client experience and feeding that back into the internal processes to continually improve services. You’ll have a deep understanding of the current market and competitors.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have the drive and vigour to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you’ll have previous experience in a business development role in the professional services industry and have a proven track record of senior stakeholder management.
