A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a small but world-renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Cambridge, which is searching for an Associate Brand Manager to join their close-knit and dedicated marketing team. Despite their size, they are a ground-breaking business that delivers incredible treatments to improve the lives of many across the globe.

At least 2-3 years of marketing experience from within a pharmaceutical organisation is essential for this position, so please only apply if you have this background.

The Role - Associate Brand Manager

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting in the development and implementation of the overall marketing and brand strategy, utilising thorough market and product research and key data.
• Lead in the omnichannel brand implementation, developing promotional materials, managing projects, and delivering collaterals to events.
• Supporting the marketing and brand team with all marketing activities across digital, content, and campaigns.

This position will evolve more digitally, so they are looking for someone with good knowledge already, keen to expand in this area.

Requirements – Associate Brand Manager

• At least 2-3 years of marketing experience from within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Ideally a degree or relevant qualification in marketing or communications.
• Excellent communication, organisation, project management and presentation skills.
• Able to work analytically with data and conduct thorough research into the market and products.
• Good copywriting and proofreading ability, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ideally experience using Adobe InDesign, and CMS.

Location

This position offers hybrid working, typically with 3 days in the office per week. Suitable commutable locations include Cambridge, Linton, Haverhill, Sawston, Duxford, Saffron Walden, Balsham, Stansted Mountfitchet, Fulbourn, Newmarket, Royston, Milton, Waterbeach, Ely, and Bishops Stortford, as well as wider areas of Cambridgeshire, North Hertfordshire, West Suffolk and North Essex.
