We are delighted to be partnering with Trtl – creator of the innovative Trtl Travel Pillow and other accessories – as they bring in a Performance Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing team. With a number of key hires joining the business this year and big growth plans, this is a brand new role for them and will take the lead on PPC, Paid Social, SEM and Display Advertising channels.

As a standalone role in the team – you’ll naturally have support from internal teams and external agencies – this is a fantastic opportunity to really put your stamp on it with some great long-term prospects here during the transition to moving this function in-house.

We’re looking for…

  • Extensive experience within the paid media space – PPC, Paid Social, Display and SEM
  • Strong track record of success within digital marketing and acquisition – ideally with some international exposure
  • Strong analytical skills – you’ll be well versed in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be collaborating with various teams in the business and used to juggling multiple projects
  • Budget management – you’ll be used to working with big budgets
  • Certified with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or similar
  • Curiosity – you’ll always be looking at ways to improve and experiment
  • A passion for travel!

You will be…

  • Developing, testing, leaning and improving digital acquisition strategies – ensuring in-depth campaign analysis is taking place
  • Managing and optimising paid media channels
  • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies – briefing and negotiating where necessary
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Managing budget allocation
  • A/B testing and experimenting to optimise campaign performance

The good stuff…

  • Salary: £40-50k (doe)
  • Hybrid working from Glasgow city centre office
  • 33 days annual leave (with option to purchase further days)
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Commitment to personal and team development – if you’re constantly looking to learn and improve, you’ll be in the right place!
  • Lots of social and wellbeing activities throughout the year
  • Opportunity to be part of something special – there’s some amazing things happening here and this role will play a big part in their ongoing success
