(Archived) Digital Business Partner - Fundraising

Last Updated: 11/06/21

Job Description

Coronary heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer. For over 50 years our work has been central to the discoveries of vital treatments that are changing the fight against heart disease.

The Fundraising team’s mission is to maximise income by inspiring people to fight for every heartbeat. The team raises money through a variety of avenues including face-to-face fundraising and telemarketing, promoting donations through legacies, gaining high value donations and attending special events and organising magnificent bike rides, breath-taking walks and exhilarating runs.

The Digital Business Partner for Fundraising will be a member of the BHF's central digital team playing a significant and active role in helping the British Heart Foundation raise vital funds for life saving research. You will bring digital thinking to our fundraising operations, ensuring we are capitalising on any multi-channel or other digital opportunities.

A strong communicator you will be a charismatic and creative digital professional able to present ideas at the highest level. You will be a strong team player working with colleagues to ensure our fundraising team is promoted on all relevant digital platforms and though all digital channels. With strong digital marketing and system expertise or experience, you will be a digital all-rounder with experience in digital marketing, content and product development. Whilst qualifications and/or training in these areas would be beneficial a proven track record is more important than formal qualifications.

In-depth understanding of fundraising would be ideal but experience of audience analysis, determining motivation and user centred design would also be looked on favourably. Experience of launching a commercial digital product/service and helping to achieve critical mass would be a bonus.

To apply for this role please use the apply button below. Our process involves submitting your CV and a covering letter, which should outline your interest and explain how you meet the role's criteria. Please note we will only accept applications via this method.
