The Company - Events Executive
Our client is a B2B publishing organisation within the automotive sector, based in Tring, Hertfordshire. They’re part of a large number of exciting events across the UK, online, and internationally!
This role will be mostly remote, with some occasional office attendance for meetings in Tring, up to once-a-week maximum. There will be travel for this position, with one large event in Wales, and 3-4 per year internationally.
The Role – Events Executive
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Events, this position focuses on the delivery of a variety of events, ranging in scale and location. These include webinars, conferences, and more, with anywhere from 80-600 attendees on average.
Alongside your fantastic planning and organisation skills, you’ll also be responsible for digital communication for the events, including social media and email campaigns, uploading website content, and occasional budget management.
Requirements - Events Executive
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering a variety of events.
- Experience in delivering digital communications to raise awareness of events.
- You must be highly organised, able to travel as well as work remotely, and be an excellent communicator.
- Ideally have a degree in events management or marketing, but this is not essential.
- Ideally have a background in B2B, publishing or automotive, but this is also not essential.
This position is based mostly remote, with some occasional office attendance (up to once a week), with UK and some international travel. You must drive and have your own transport.
Suitable for those located in areas such as Aylesbury, Bletchley, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans, Berkhamsted, Dunstable, Luton, Chesham, and wider areas of West Hertfordshire and South Buckinghamshire.
