Our client, a Cambridge College, is looking for a talented and creative individual with experience in leading-edge communication and marketing channels to support their ambitious plans.
Head of Communications and Marketing
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 FTE, depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours per week (part time also considered)
The postholder will lead further development of our comprehensive Communications and Marketing strategy (including for the College websites), creating tailored materials and campaigns for all purposes from student recruitment to donor recognition and using multiple channels to good effect. Through a range of activities, the postholder will strengthen College relationships with key constituencies and media contacts and will promote major events to raise the profile of the College externally.
Previous experience of working in an educational environment is desirable, but far more important is the ability to develop strategic initiatives in line with the College’s mission, to plan, implement and evaluate campaigns, and to deliver results to budget.
