My client is a UK Based premium creative brand marketing agency dedicated to helping fashion, beauty and lifestyle grow through innovative marketing strategies and creative solutions. Our team of experts collaborates closely with clients to deliver outstanding results that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our agency. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and prospect potential clients in need of brand marketing services.* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful on boarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.* Strong network and connections within the marketing or related industries.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Self-motivated and able to work independently.* Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.* Familiarity with brand marketing strategies and services is a plus.* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Commission Structure:

* This is a commission-only position, offering a generous commission rate of 15% on each successfully signed contract.* Commission payments will be made upon the receipt of payment from the client.
