SALARY: Circa £60k

LOCATION: Manchester (Hybrid- 1 day in the office)

·Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing you will be a pivotal part of the future growth of the business.

·This role is an IC role and will therefore be a blend of Product Strategy, GTM planning and hands-on content/sales collateral.

·Drive success and growth through careful and well-executed marketing strategies

What you'll be doing:

·Work closely in collaboration with our Product Owners, Customer Success team, SDRs, Marketing, and Sales team to formulate and execute well-defined go-to-market strategies

·Develop a go-to-market strategy that is grounded in both quantitative and qualitative insights, and then roll it out through our revenue teams, including SDRs, Sales, and Marketing. Collaborate with the demand generation and content teams to ensure precise targeting and create comprehensive campaign plans and marketing assets.

·Take ownership of delivering sales enablement materials across all our product lines, encompassing Sales Decks, Product Overviews, Battlecards, Demonstration Decks, and training materials.

·Conduct thorough competitor research and benchmarking, while keeping our internal stakeholders updated on pertinent competitor activities. Gather valuable insights into how customers are utilising our current products through methods such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data analysis.

·Establish and measure key success metrics for product launches, growth, and ongoing adoption of our products and services, and consistently leverage this data to refine and adapt our approach.
