Operational & Digital Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced and innovative marketer with 6 to 8 years of expertise in operational and digital marketing?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operational & Digital Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and studying the UK market to make strategic decisions, collaborating closely with our international marketing team, Country GM, and commercial sales forces.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Gather, store, and analyze information on products, markets, and the economic and cultural environment.
  • Identify customer needs and conduct competitive intelligence on priority markets and countries.

Operational Marketing Strategy and Action Plan:

  • Implement the company's marketing policy and construct comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Execute direct marketing, local press relations actions, and analyze feedback from implemented strategies.
  • Develop communication materials in alignment with management guidelines.
  • Participate in sales events and adapt tools and speeches based on identified needs.

Project Management:

  • Manage files and projects assigned by the hierarchy.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital actions, including search engine advertising (SEA) campaigns and social media management.
  • Monitor and assess campaigns, manage budgets, and set up prospecting campaigns (newsletters) and commercial operations.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English (mother tongue) and at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research, marketing plan design, and digital marketing tools.
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Business Manager, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (PrestaShop, WordPress) and 2.0 marketing tools.
