Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a growing UK team at a very exciting time of expansion. You will be supporting the UK Managing Director with all B2B and B2C Marketing and e-Commerce activity for the UK operation of this luxury skincare brand based in Sunbury upon Thames.
The Package
- £48k - £50k per annum
- 20 Days holidays per annum plus bank holidays
- Product allocation
- Full Time - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 5pm
- Contribution to Bupa Healthcare
The Role
Build & manage marketing plans
- Responsible for collating learnings from previous marketing actions together with the annual plan to better adjust UK strategies and create new parameters and main events chart
- Responsible for supporting the global marketing team in the production of the Annual and Quarterly Plans using inputs from the annual campaign parameters and plan
- Responsible for collating and analysing data to refine and update the draft quarterly marketing plan
- Responsible for the Communication in implementation of the promotions and launches calendar in the national market. (Sales cycles)
- Forecast and analysis of sales of clients with whom Trade Marketing programs are agreed according to investment scenarios.
- Creation of sell out actions for professional channel (and new ones if available)
- Analysis of the evolution of distribution for the implementation of improvements (by channel, by customer, by segments, by lines, by products)
- Analysis and monitoring of promotions
Coordination ofbrand PR activities
- Coordinating media relations
- Networking with beauty industry publications and events to elevate the brand image
- Build brand awareness through spa business partners
- Support consumer and trade beauty events to raise the brand profile
E-commerce/Digital and Online sales strategy
- Responsibility for the efficient management, development and implementation of the online sales strategy for the UK
- Manage the social media for the brand through direct and partner mediums
- Manage the graphic design & social media executive to deliver a creative and strategic on-line narrative
- Plan the strategy for the UK website
The Person
- Strong experience in managing the digital marketing for a luxury beauty or retail brand
- In depth knowledge of current trends in the beauty and luxury sectors
