We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our client, a leading fitout and refurbishment company specialising in education and workspaces from a head office in Colchester. This is a new role created to manage and take responsibility for the company's marketing efforts, overseeing the development of the marketing strategy, plan and budget.If you have commercial marketing experience at a senior level, can demonstrate a thorough understanding of both online and offline marketing across the full mix of marketing activity, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.Offering an attractive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus, this is a fantastic chance to join a business that has enjoyed double digit growth continually from 2016 and only see this continuing. You would play a key role as part of an energetic, family run, and strongly financed business. ---The RoleHeading up the Marketing department you would be responsible for the development of marketing strategy, plan and budget, growing and enhancing the company's presence through innovative marketing campaigns, including digital lead gen campaigns, website UX/optimisation and brand awareness campaigns across a range of marketing channels. Key responsibilities to include…- Formulation of strategies to win new business and create brand awareness as well as building customer loyalty- Taking responsibility for high-impact lead generation campaigns - Overseeing continuous improvement of the website and developing strategies for extra online sales- Creating and executing innovative and targeted email and direct mail campaigns- Overseeing the production of all marketing materials, including printed collateral and website content as well as catalogue mailings- Overseeing of exhibitions / events- Actively manage all PPC and SEO campaigns (keyword, image optimization etc.)---The CandidateThe role will suit a team player with strong marketing experience ideally in a B2B capacity.
