Job Title: Marketing Manager - Fashion IndustryLocation: BirminghamSalary: Up to £40,000 DOE

A leading fashion company is seeking a highly experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join their team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:* Undertake the 360 marketing process from research, planning, briefing, and delivering on all projects.* Manage campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer loyalty* Develop and manage relationships with media and advertising agencies* Oversee the creation and development of marketing materials* Create effective strategies to build brand awareness* Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns* Analyse market trends and customer feedback* Manage budgets and ensure effective use of resources* Build relationships with stakeholders and external partners

Technical Skills Required:* 4+ years of proven experience in a creative agency/fashion* Passion and interest in 360 marketing* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent project management and organisational skills * Knowledge of design and production processes * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms * Ability to work collaboratively and motivate teams * Knowledge of the fashion industry is desirable
