Your new companyHays are exclusively representing a healthcare industry provider in Dungannon to recruit a Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.Your new roleAs Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will craft compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our client's target audience, you will manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media and email marketing, conduct research of market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitor landscape to inform strategic decisions. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals, continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership, and maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials when necessary. You will also be responsible for planning meetings, events, conferences and trade shows. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. You will be an organised multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You will have proven experience in marketing, strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing including familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, experience using data analytics/marketing automation or the willingness to learn. You will have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box and the drive to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
