Marketing Manager

Office Location: Stoke on Trent

Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary - Negotiable depending on experience

Seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead their marketing team. The successful candidate should possess a fun edge, be passionate about marketing and business growth, and hold themselves accountable. Ideally within the beauty or retail / wholesale industry.

Experience & Duties

  • Run new and ongoing campaigns.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and monitor their progress to ensure to hit deadlines.
  • Understand how campaigns through our marketing systems are performing.
  • Focus on re-engaging current customer base and focus on growing spends.
  • Working with the marketing executive to manage our ambassador programme and ensure the programme is maximising its growth.
  • Planning events for product launches and working alongside directors to execute a successful launch.
  • Work with SEO team to look at how we are ranking internationally and see what income is being returned as a result.
  • Evaluating campaigns and getting the best out of customers.
  • Looking at how we target certain geographical areas and how best to market to them, coming up with new and innovative ideas on new ways of launching products
  • Working alongside the graphics, social and videography team and managing their own team member
  • Build relationships with PR clients and manage partnerships
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns to align with company goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and threats
  • Manage and allocate the marketing & distribution budget effectively to maximize ROI
