As Marketing Manager you will play a key role in driving forward the marketing activities for the UK's fastest growing transport and technology platform. Exposed to multiple audiences- you will experience all elements of the marketing mix. Supporting regional hubs across the UK, you will take an innovative and bold approach to help tell the company's story and grow it's audiences.

Reporting into the Marketing Director and working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, this is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your marketing capabilities, whilst also developing your management skills. You will lead a diverse range of projects and campaigns across the company's regions, taking responsibility for implementing the four distinct elements of the marketing strategy.

Research, Marketing Planning, Campaign Delivery and Reporting.

RESEARCH• Help measure the brand performance, reputation and awareness of the company's regions.• Carry out regular competitor analysis of their product launches and public relations activity.• Monitor and measure social media activity and passenger reviews across the company's digital footprint.

MARKETING PLANNING• Make data driven decisions to develop and deliver the regional marketing plans and activities, to align and amplify strategy for customer growth.• Work with data analysts to develop regional marketing plans/campaign objectives/KPI’s/amend campaigns where necessary (eg. when campaigns aren’t performing, adjusting as necessary)• Working to budgets and objectives outlined by business• Brief creative designers and coordinate with print suppliers for physical and printed brand touch points.• Execute time sensitive hyperlocal marketing plans aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, publicity and brand reputation etc.).• Work with the marketing team to create social media content to tell the company's story across digital channels.• Manage relationship with third party suppliers and agencies (eg. PR/digital marketing) who will support in achieving quarterly marketing objectives.

CAMPAIGN DELIVERY• Work closely with the marketing team and Regional Business Directors to create and execute marketing campaigns across physical, digital and printed collateral to drive growth plans. (OOH billboards, events, PR, web, app, socials media etc.)

REPORTING• Measure marketing activities to understand what works and where improvements can be made.• Work closely with data analysts to build and deliver reports to identify where and when growth aspirations have been achieved.• Produce timely reports on passenger experiences, brand reputation, social media activity and passenger reviews to enable the business to understand critical path for continuous improvement.
