Our client is a highly respected Independent Brokerage based in Manchester City Centre, who pride themselves on providing a professional and friendly environment, encouraging development and growth for all our staff to help their customers obtain the right product for their requirements. Working within our Marketing function to produce and deliver a wide range of internal and external marketing communications, across a range of channels with exposure to digital marketing, website development, social media, customer experience, internal communications and management.
The role and expectations:
- Web development and creative/graphic assets – using e-mail service platform - to clients, prospects, partners and colleagues. (With some foreseeable data management exposure.) Monitor active marketing campaigns and develop ways to improve future campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategy and plan focused on supporting international growth, increasing brand awareness, and driving acquisition and conversion.
- Content creation for the website, social media and email including the design of graphics, video production and articles, press releases etc.
- Management of events and exhibitions; analyse greatest value for spend and introduce new initiatives to capture lead data etc. to improve ROI.
- Brand management and design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, exhibition stands and roller banners.
- Liaising with external marketing partners such as printers, designers, PR, brand and digital in the production and fulfilment of marketing projects.
- Copy writing and proofreading print and digital communications and ensuring relevant compliance approval where required.
- Develop and lead integrated campaigns across the website, organic and paid social media and email to attract, nurture, convert and retain leads. Also, when assisting in the delivery of the wider marketing plan with an emphasis on ROI, budget management and continuous improvement.
- Preferably have marketing experience in the insurance sector. (Not required)
Hybrid: 3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days at home.
