Vero HR is now looking to strengthen its marketing capability to support the delivery of its ambitious growth plans.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in creating brand awareness to directly support our commercial growth objectives. Implementing a marketing strategy that generates business leads is the essence of this role.

About our opportunity

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for;

• Delivering the Vero HR Marketing Plan to support the Vero HR Commercial Plan
• Establishing and maintaining the marketing dashboard, pulling together metrics for all key activities and reporting them to the leadership team vs. plan on a monthly basis
• Working with our external SEO partner to maximise our online presence
• Building targeted PPC/google ad campaigns
• Managing the Company's website and social media channels, including regular content updates
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with Vero HR's client base through regular e-updates
• Continuously developing a range of Vero branded marketing materials
• Managing PR locally and nationally
• Promoting Vero HR's employer brand to attract new talent

Requirements

Who we are looking for

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous marketing experience in a B2B commercial environment, ideally gained in business services
• Strong digital marketing skills complimented by a broader marketing skill set
• Demonstrable experience in delivering a commercially aligned marketing plan that delivers growth and ROI
• Proven experience of writing compelling digital content
