Our Client is a fast growing Property Management/Holiday Rental company that have been around for over 10 years and have their HQ in London. Looking to revolutionise the hospitality industry with a game changing platform.

Currently looking for a Marketing Manager to cover everything across Digital, PR and Social Media:

Duties:

Marketing•Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics for the company•Create and develop an events calendar with marketing activities related to strategic partners (Supply &Demand partners)•Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media•Create content for press releases, keynote presentations, media announcements and media kits.•Manage media inquiries and interview requests•Set all marketing and promotional standards of company•Lead and coordinate design projects for a variety of promotional and marketing materials (presentations, brochures)with external partners•Coordinate and execute marketing events in collaboration with operations and event management teams•Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations toleadership regarding communication strategy surrounding them•Maintain a consistent corporate image and brand voice and image that reflects the spirit and integrity of the company.•Liaise and manage external marketing agencies•Develop and manage marketing calendar, fact sheets, memos and recap reports for all Marketing & PR activations•Monitor and achieve KPIs for Marketing department and report to leadership team

Digital Marketing & Social Media•Create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy•Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement•Create captivating content for the organisation’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts andmultimedia content•Manage all website and public platforms updates in order to ensure that brand content is constantly up to date•Engage audiences across traditional and new media•Set measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)•Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts•Manage social media team (internal or external)

PR•Develop a PR plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics on a global scale•Plan, implement and manage public relations activities•Create and develop an events calendar with PR activities related to strategic partners•Liaise and manage external PR agencies•Coordinate and execute PR events in collaboration with operations and event management teams•Coordinate all public relations activities•Arrange press conferences and events•Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.•Determine KPIs for PR department•Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign
