The Senior Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

The role
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events, ensuring they are in line with brand identity.
Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, whitepapers, and case studies, to engage target audience.
Digital Presence: Oversee online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and ensure services remain competitive.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve predefined goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives as needed.
The person
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
