Marketing Manager - Permanent

Rugby - Office Based

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus Bonus

We are recruiting for a leading supplier of bespoke technical products - creating innovative technology.

Our client is hugely successful within their specialist technical field, and they are now looking to recruit a proactive, dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking Marketing professional.

Duties:

Work closely with Directors and Board Members to grow Sales & drive customer expansion.

Responsible for all brand and product management/promotion

Build, lead and inspire a small team to drive the goals of the function.

Build effective relationships with marketing professionals seeking new ideas, synergies and sharing best practice.

Implement marketing strategies and plans across the UK business.

Work closely and roll out any new campaigns/promotions with Sales Directors and Sales Managers to drive customer expansion.

Represent the company at events and trade shows when applicable; seeking speaker opportunities to increase the companies visibility within the market.

Organise and lead marketing campaigns to push selected portfolios into the market.

Advise teams on product positioning, ensuring programs are suitably differentiated from the competition and consistent with the overall marketing strategy.

Constantly be aware and up to speed with new innovation/technology within the industry.

Continuously drive brand awareness and manage the Company’s brand image.

Manage and support product launches.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials that enable them to effectively sell the company's products and services.

Utilise data and analytics to optimise marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for profitable sales and continued growth of the company brand

Attend board meetings.

Person Specification

Degree Educated within a Marketing Discipline

Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar senior marketing role.

Creative, strategic thinker used to a fast, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to build and execute relationships both Internally and Externally to influence across functional teams to insure buy in to the plan.

Experience with technical products/eager to learn about technical product development.

Ability to drive and guide a small team - Managerial experience leading a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Creative/strategic thinker passionate about the products they are representing.

Excellent presentation skills

Ability to use MS Office to an Intermediate level including PowerPoint.
