About your new role

As their new Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Operations and Sales Manager you will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.• Continuously monitoring and optimizing marketing activity against key performance indicators, demonstrating a clear return on investment.• Conducting market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor analysis, and using insights to inform marketing campaigns.• Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, case studies, and press releases.• Managing and optimizing our online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.• Collaborating with internal teams, including design, sales, and project management, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, generating reports, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.• Coordinating and participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and establish industry partnerships.• Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices and applying knowledge to drive innovation within the company.

About you:

Ideally you will be qualified to degree-level in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and be highly organised to manage multiple tasks and projects running simultaneously. Proven experience in a marketing role is essential, as is having a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and the ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table.Experienced in digital marketing platforms, including website CMS, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.Proven experience in data analysis, CRM, and reporting, with the ability to extract insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
