Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will help craft and implement successful marketing strategies for our client through social media, content, market research, coordinating campaigns, and other methods of engaging with the community.

Your efforts will play a pivotal role in improving our client's customer experiences and ensure growth throughout the organisation.

Description

  • Compile digital marketing performance reports and offer insights for strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing team strategic sessions and quarterly meetings.
  • Collaborate closely in the development and execution of regional marketing strategies.
  • Organise site-based community events and establish relationships with local groups.
  • Proactively generate innovative ideas and initiatives for both regional and brand marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to marketing budget planning and tracking.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital assets for new developments, including web pages and virtual reality content.
  • Actively participate in market and competitor research to inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop campaigns with a focus on optimising lead generation.
  • Strategically plan and execute teaser campaigns for launch events.
  • Manage content creation across various channels, including websites, social media, and advertising.
  • Oversee pre-start meetings and Sales Centre setups in collaboration with central teams.
  • Maintain and update pages on websites and 3DX systems.
  • Assist in project management and collaborate with external agencies as necessary.

Profile

  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to marketing initiatives and team success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and social media platforms.
  • Adaptable and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Adept in copywriting with a demonstrated passion for marketing.
  • While a marketing degree is preferred, we also consider other relevant qualifications and experience.
