Our client are a fast growth tech business.

They are looking for a passionate, ambitious yet organised B2B Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial business.

This role comes with a number of responsibilities and is a fantastic opportunity to grow and build global awareness of multiple brands and products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director to help deliver the Groups growth and awareness strategy.

The focus will initially be on the delivery of agreed marketing plans and strategies but will grow in time to take full ownership of the marketing activity.

The majority of activity will be around producing written and video content for B2B brands to be used on content hubs, LinkedIn, CRM, sales decks, and award submissions. However, the ideal candidate will have the confidence to pick up other channels such as event support management and PR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery of social media activity, posts, videos, and paid campaigns.

Content hub and article management. Working with internal stakeholders and external copywriters to deliver news hub articles.

Work closely with the Commercial and Product teams to produce focused sales material.

Coordinate with international teams (US, AUS, UK) on a regular basis to initiate and complete marketing projects across multiple territories.

Creating storyboard video and social assets, and working with the Creative Team (Designer & Content Writer) to produce presentations, digital campaigns, news hub articles, and social content.

Project board management to ensure a large volume of tasks are completed and kept on track.

PR Support, writing press releases, and coordinating press outreach.

Work with senior stakeholders and marketing director to deliver annual marketing strategies, implementing them in line with OKRs (Objective & Key Results).

Social media content & management.

PR - as required.

Work closely with Commercial and Product teams to produce focused sales material (FSM) - video assets, presentations, and website updates as required

Work closely with HR to maintain and promote the Employer's Brand.

Manage and drive content for social media, news hubs, and PR campaigns (LinkedIn).

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Fin tech experience desirable

Extremely well organised, creative, and passionate.

Strong relationship-building skills: the ability to engage and maintain current external & internal relationships.

Day-to-day management of organic Social Media posts and content including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistency of brand image (look, feel, and tone).
