Customer Marketing Executive

Position Purpose
Working as part of a busy customer marketing team to manage and develop our customer lifecycle programme across the business – a multi-stage, multi-channel communication programme to recruit new customers, maintain and develop loyal customers and win back old customers.
Duties also include tasks to assist the Customer Marketing Manager in meeting production and campaign delivery deadlines.
Key Tasks
Customer Marketing Support to include:-
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email, case studies, and press releases. Campaign setup, briefing and administration.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop overall marketing strategies and align email campaigns with broader initiatives.
- Manage and develop customer retention and lifecycle campaigns.
- Manage Internal communication of marketing campaigns.
- Product and campaign photography and video. Can include banner design work.
- Managing and monitoring our social media channels providing recommendations and insights on ways to improve and increase our engagement
- Providing direct support with sales activities and event management where required
- Any other ad-hoc Customer Marketing duties.
In addition to these key responsibilities there will be many other duties that would naturally form part of this position.
This job is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in a Customer Marketing role, who has the desire to develop their knowledge and skills in this critically important area of the business.

- Be able to work to targets and deadlines.
- A flexible approach and the ability to learn on the job.
- The ability to work using your own initiative, whilst also being a team player.
- Cross functional team working skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office, with varied software knowledge using tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
