We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to join a law firm in West End and support their marketing campaigns. It will include tasks such as conducting market research, creating content, updating social media, and assisting with events.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the latest trends and developments in the industry. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and under pressure. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have some experience with social media platforms and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs• Social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook• Assist with the planning, organisation, and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, seminars, and workshops• Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing activities and channels, using analytics tools and metrics• Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM system• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing, emailing, and scheduling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field• Previous experience or internship in marketing, preferably in a law firm or a legal sector• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, such as branding, content marketing, and digital marketing• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy• Creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to generate ideas and solve problems• Team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work remotely or from the office• Working hours: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday• Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus benefits
