We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to work alongside the Marketing Manager through from September to December to help market our 35 pop up Christmas stores and our online stores.

We are the Christmas Tree Specialists. A British brand with Scottish Heritage, Pines and Needles are the Premier Christmas Tree Growers and Retailers in London and the South of England.

The Role

Your duties & responsibilities as a Marketing assistant will include but not be limited to:

• Researching and implementing partnerships in order to increase digital footfall
• Working closely with the PR team to execute the delivery of photoshoots, press releases and ad hoc content for digital use
• Creating and executing Christmas tree order for marketing purposes
• Working alongside the customer service team and delivery team to ensure that marketing orders go smoothly
• Implementing marketing campaigns set by the Marketing Manager
• Monitoring and measuring the impact of each marketing campaign for the season
• Answering customer service queries on behalf of the marketing team
• Replying to customer reviews
• Posting on Google My Business Pages and discount code websites
• To be creative and post on social media when required
• General administrative duties

Skills Required

Marketing experience preferable but not essential

• Proactive and highly organised with great attention to detail
• Excellent social skills

• Offer creative solutions to marketing to a diverse customer base.

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Contract length: 4 months

Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
