They are committed to providing excellent client services for a diverse client base. They have a national reputation in niche areas and are in the top 200 firms in England.

The Marketing team has grown dramatically over the years and with the new work undertaken, working closely with business development teams, this is an exciting time to join as a Marketing Assistant.

The role

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in maintaining an effective flow of website content, including uploading content to the website such as blogs, articles, videos and podcasts.
  • Manage website pages, making changes to layout as required.
  • Adhere to SEO guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor and reply to blog comments and forward them to authors.
  • Day-to-day management of the social media accounts for the firm, including writing captions and scheduling posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Organise photography and video production days.
  • Production of AgMag, the firm’s monthly, online staff newsletter, including chasing content and design of the mag on Canva.
  • Update and develop the marketing pages of the intranet.

The Person

  • Good level of education, with a desire to start a marketing career.
  • Effective team player organised and with good attention to detail.
  • Prepared to work different hours on occasion to support business events.
  • Good IT skills and experience in designing software are an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HootSuite or other scheduling platforms is an advantage.
  • Hunger and willingness to learn.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment is an advantage.
