As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing research to gain insights into customer preferences and trends
- Setting up and tracking online marketing activities using web analytics and Google AdWords
- Planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Organising and managing marketing and community events, including logistics, registrations, vendors, itineraries, and marketing materials
- Creating, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Designing and implementing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs, public relations, and client case studies
- Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
