We are hiring for a market leader in specialist business software, seeking a Marketing Analyst to fit into the greater creative, passionate and innovative marketing team. Your main role will be to ensure that the organisation understands the performance of their marketing efforts, and be responsible for the marketing automation that enables sales.The ideal candidate will be highly passionate about data, and happy working in an agile fast moving environment. The ability to analyse raw data in many formats is key, as is the ability to generate and communicate the results efficiently. You will need to be both digitally and technically savvy to build the understanding of these quickly, and guide your own learning requirements where necessary.

Key responsibilities:

• Marketing Automation - powering our sales activity with automated workflows that optimise conversion of new users and activation of existing users.
• Evaluating the performance of our digital assets, including in-product behaviour, website analytics and ad performance.
• Identifying actions to drive better commercial outcomes.
• Run the logistics for online events for new and existing customers.
• Bring new insights and data into the organisation, for example through research with customers or desk research on the market, competitors and prospective B2B partners.
