The business has been established for 20 years, cemented their place in multiple markets through steady acquisition and growth but now has just put in their biggest ever investment into the tools and technology for CRM to drive huge gains. The switchover is imminent and you can join to lead the strategy and team in delivery - adding transformative results in a short-space of time doing wonders for your CV.

You'll need to be an experienced CRM professional, having worked in a B2C capacity and with proven team leadership capability. If you're ticking those boxes and are open to a 12 month fixed term contract then it's got to be worth us discussing further.

About You:

• Established CRM professional, with expertise in email and worked with SMS and telemarketing teams.
• Capable producing and owning campaign strategy.
• Experience leading teams to deliver campaigns - team of 3 in this role.
• Available for a 12 month fixed term contract, to start ASAP.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting and delivering the annual CRM strategy.
• Maximising the usage of automation tools to test and optimise campaigns.
• Reporting on CRM results and implementing continual changes to improve outcomes.
• Leading team in the creation of campaign creative, content and messaging.
• Working with multiple internal stakeholders to integrate CRM across the business.

Where You'll Be Based:

You can spend most of your time as CRM Manager working remotely, if you chose, but will need to be close enough to Manchester to get into the office every Tuesday and every other Wednesday. The office is accessible best by car as it's out of town. Depending on where you are then some bus routes are nearby.
