DB Charles Recruitment are working with a retail business steeped in history that are looking to hire a permanent CRM Marketing Manager to join the business based at the office in Kidderminster.

As with any retail business in today's market, physical store presence is important however the online presence is vital and this position requires someone with huge ability to think outside the box and drive team strategy and individual performance. With the business having 5 brands within the group, the hired individual will work across all brands managing 2 others in the team and working closely with the Events Manager & Ecommerce Manager. Key day to day duties will include:

  • Carrying out extensive CRM Marketing activities
  • Working closely with Zoho (CRM System)
  • Creation of new marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Directly involved plus overseeing & managing social media activity, email marketing, graphic design, video content, blogs & other marketing ideas
  • Liaising closely with other internal teams
  • Staying up to date with the latest marketing & social media trends
  • Using analytics to monitor the performance of campaigns & posts
  • Researching and engaging with target audience
  • Writing and proofreading copy across all digital channels including social media, website, newsletter, and press releases
  • Collating information for reports

For this role, the client is considering candidates with the below skillset:

  • Experienced Marketing Manager / CRM Marketing Manager
  • Marketing experience from within the retail or luxury industry would be advantageous however not essential
  • Degree holder in marketing or other relevant subjects would be an added benefit
  • Experienced B2B and B2C marketing background
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or other similar CRM systems
  • Excellent people / team management skills
  • Strong track record of campaign creation and management
  • A good ability with Google Analytics
  • Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team
  • Able to commit to a full-time office-based role at the head office in Kidderminster

The role will be working Monday to Friday with hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, fully office based and for this position, the client can offer a salary dependent on experience of between £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
