Digital Tonic are working with an exceptional SaaS business in Bristol who are looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager for their team. This is a hybrid role, with 1 day in the office and the rest from home. You'll join a small but fast growing UK team, and will be a part of a much larger Global organisation.
You will create both long and short form B2B copy with sometimes technical information. You will not simply be told what to write, you will research the target sectors, emerging technologies and trends, and will spot topics, opportunities and interesting subject matters to shout about. You'll be positioning the business as thought leaders and innovators within their space, and will work with the Campaign Manager to utilise various channels to reach prospects and potential customers.
This isn't just writing blogs, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks etc. you will look at ways of developing engaging content including video, and will create social media posts, emails, landing pages, infographics, and anything that supports the message.
If you have a journalistic mind and enjoy using your initiative to hunt out stories and find interesting angles to create organic content campaigns then this could be the ideal role for you.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience writing for a fairly technical B2B subject
- Enjoy writing both long form and short form copy
- Experience writing for social and email as well
- Self driven and motivated to find your own stories
- Ability to turn one piece of content into many smaller pieces for a larger campaign
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Holding a relevant degree i.e. English, Journalism etc.
There's a good salary on offer (circa £35k-£40k), a realistic performance bonus of up to £10,000 paid quarterly, 25 days holiday, hybrid working with just one day in the office and the rest from home, and you'll be part of a fast growing team and hugely successful business.
